The active writing and submission window is structured for completion within approximately 3–6 months.
This is not an open-ended container. We believe in momentum, accountability, and finishing strong. Each cohort has a defined manuscript submission deadline so you are not writing indefinitely. 

You will have the full writing window assigned to your cohort (typically 3 months depending on structure). All manuscripts must be submitted by the official cohort deadline provided. Submissions received after the deadline will be moved into a future cohort. We are here to support you — but structure matters.

Once you submit your manuscript, we will begin professional production. Standard fulfillment timelines for editing, formatting, cover design, and production preparation are approximately 8–10 weeks from the submission date., You will receive your professionally produced, publish-ready files once production is complete.

You will not be writing alone. You will have an ongoing cohort community, structured curriculum, accountability and encouragement. Creative blocks are normal during a birthing process. That’s why we built this inside a sisterhood container. However, personal writing progress remains your responsibility.

If you miss your cohort’s submission deadline, your manuscript may be moved to a subsequent cohort based on availability. Timelines are built around cohort scheduling to maintain quality and production flow.

The base Birth Your Book™ pathway focuses on publishing completion. Marketing strategy and launch support are available as an optional add-on experience for those who want to build a funnel, advertising strategy, and long-term sales infrastructure. Publishing and marketing are two different disciplines — and we honor both.

Due to the structured cohort model, fulfillment capacity reservation, and professional production commitments, all sales are final. We encourage you to enroll only if you are fully committed to completing the process. If you need installment options, you may utilize third-party financing providers at checkout; however, enrollment is considered paid in full upon acceptance.

This pathway is designed for standard, non-illustrated nonfiction manuscripts.

This includes: Memoirs, Thought leadership, Authority-building books, Self Help, or Nonfiction

This program does not include: Children’s books, Illustrated books, Workbooks, planners, journals, multi-author or highly technical formats

If you choose not to submit your manuscript by the deadline, you may request transfer consideration into a future cohort based on availability. Refunds are not issued for non-submission. We encourage enrollment only if you are prepared to commit the time, discipline, and focus required to finish your manuscript within the cohort timeline.
